What exactly is your problem?

?Step 1

Please go to www.virustotal.com and upload these files one by one:

C:\WINDOWS\msvideo.dll

C:\WINDOWS\OEM03Mon.exe

Post the resaults in your next reply.

?Step 2

• Open HijackThis, click Config, click Misc Tools
  
• Click Open Uninstall Manager
  
• Click Save List (generates uninstall_list.txt)
  
• Click Save, copy and paste the results in your next post.
