Error Installing

When installing I get the following error that I am asked to report

PROGRAM_ERROR_MISSING_FILE (2, 0, mbam.dll)

The system cannot find the specified file

And it points to the directory of the instalation files in Documents and Settings

I use Rising 2011 Antivirus

With AV protection enabled I cannot even contemplate installing

With AV protection disabled Installation completes but with the above error.

The program will only run after that with AV protection disabled.

There is no error code produced as listed on the error code pages in this forum
