Pretty bad infection.

Hi. I'm having some issues with a pretty nasty infection. I'm getting redirects from webpages that I click from google search results, constant system crashes and error messages. Here are the scan logs I was able to obtain, I couldn't scan with GMER as my system froze every time I tried to use it.
