Warning! Win32/AdwareVirtumonde and Win32/PrivacyRemover.M64

I posted this a few days ago, and then followed the directions for the "Pre HJT Post."

Today my background suddenly changed on its own to a screen that looks like a pop-up box that says: Warning! Spyware detected on your computer! Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer. Win32/AdwareVirtumonde and Win32/PrivacyRemover.M64

My computer has been slow lately too.

After running SpyBot I was able to change my background.

Here are the scans I was told to do. I did the Panda Scan but did not receive the log.
