Need Help!

Recommended Posts

Seems like my sister picked up a trojan on her computer (fjhdyfhsn.bat). It was nice enough to create a desktop icon when it installed, so it definiely made it easier to identify. Normal malware and virus scanning software won't detect/remove the infection.

As per site instructions, I've taken the appropriate steps to create the designated logs required. Shown below are the Malwarebytes and DDS/GMER log files, and the zipped file containing the "GMER/attach" and "ark" logs attached. The only oddity that was incurred during the process was that the Defogger program never asked to reboot the machine after running, so I forced a reboot to ensure program completion. Looking forward to any help you can provide, and thanks in advance for your assistance!
