Scott C Posted June 30, 2008 ID:21454 Share Posted June 30, 2008 Has anyone started a malwarebytes scan, then run smitfraudfix and have it kill explorer and when explorer comes back the malwarebytes window is gone. Of course sometimes we can open task manager, and select the malwarebytes process and click switch to but that doesnt always work. Might be something to look at for future releases. nosirrah Posted June 30, 2008 ID:21457 Share Posted June 30, 2008 Its nothing to do with smitfraudfix , its any close and reopen of the explorer shell .On the topic of two scans at once though , Im not sure why anyone would do that , it could only cause conflicts .If MBAM does not come back up after an explorer crash you can use process explorer to show its window again .I will talk to our coder to see if we can make that part auto .
