Help with log file

I just ran a quick scan and these 3 items were detected. Are these really malware or some kind of virus? Attached is the text from my Malwarebytes quick scan log. Any help will be appreciated. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post.

Yes those are infections. However, from the looks of it, those appear to be just leftover, meaning the initial infection relating to this is already removed. The log shows "no action" taken. Those should be removed.

In your reply, I would also like to know any symptoms you may still have and how your computer is running at the moment.
