I'm having difficulty with the program

I can't seem to find a thread to this issue. I have a paid subscription. No matter how I try to open the Malwarebytes program, all I get is a message that it is already running but I can't get the tabbed panel. I can open it in SAFE MODE, did so, updated, reviewed my settings and ran a full scan. I'm thinking I may have to reinstall. Anyone have any suggestions?
