am I clean?

My friend was in hurry to transfer some PSP game from my external Harddrive to his PSP, when he plugged in his PSP, Kaspersky popped up saying do u want to scan or not, he just close the popup. During the transfer, my Kaspersky detected some virus and he just close the popup. After that, Kaspersky went crazy and deleted some stuffs on the external HDD. Which is normal folder turning into .exe file

But now the file is still in the external HDD but no .exe

then, some weird file name came up in the External HDD, inside the computer, and when I plug in other USB device.

such as this which never exist before the virus attacked

and the thing is, when I try to access the file, it says NO ACCESS, eventhough I am logged in as admin

I am not sure if I am already clean or not cause Kaspersky and MBAM doesnt detect anything now
