GEEKHELP4U Posted February 16, 2010 ID:201098 Share Posted February 16, 2010 Hopefully there is a mod or admin in here who can help.I have a technician license - and have had once since the beta days of the tech version. I have never received any kind of email as to where to download the latest releases. I have also recently renewed my license and nothing came with it other than a confirmation of payment. Can someone point me in the right direction as to where the tech version is located - or tell me who to contact with my order number so that I can get links to this?Thanks...ps... have tried emailing support and they say contact someone else... these emails never get answered. You simply use the latest 'public' (aka free) release on your clients computers as you are servicing them. You are basically paying for goodwill use of the program in a commercial environment.
