question about scan results

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the forum and have a question concerning a file that Malwarebytes found when I ran full scan.

The program found 1 item called: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Stats\{1d4db7d2-6ec9-47a3-bd87-1e41684e07bb}

Is this a false positive, or should I delete it using Malwarebytes? Any help or input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your time. Posted below is the full log:
