Hello Cassycan, and welcome to the forums here at Malwarebytes.org B)

Can you do any of these? http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=9573

Also, did you have a chance to read and/or try this:

http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=34225

If so, (and even if you can't)! please post here: http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.php?showforum=7

As a side note, when replying, please use the "ADD REPLY" button at the bottom of the page, as this makes the forum easier to read. Thank you :)

Thanks for the prompt response.

Thanks also for pointing out the threads. I attempted them and since I was mostly unsuccessful went ahead and posted at the designated forum. Wish me luck I am really in deep trouble.

You are quite welcome for both :D

Good luck! Most things are resolvable without a re-format and re-installation, and our experts malware removal experts here are really great :)

Just remember that the Malware Removal Forum can be really busy at times, so it can take 48 hours or more at times to get a reply, so please be patient and don't reply to your own post asking for help or adding more information, as this can make it appear as though you are receiving help. However, if its been more than 48 hours without a reply, feel free to reply to your topic asking for a review.

If you do have more information about whats going on that you didn't include and wish to before you receive a reply, save it into a word pad document if possible and/or write it down so you don't forget.
