Google Installer error?

Recommended Posts

Lately my computer has started rebooting itself over and over once it has loaded everything, after getting two error messages:

1- 'Google Installer has encountered an error and has to close. Would you like to send an error report?'

2-'MBAM has closed unexpectedly-see log for more info.'

I can't open Mbam at all, I don't even get an error message, it just thinks about it for a few seconds, and gives up. Tried changing exe name, nothing.

The google error keps popping up every couple of minutes once the computer finally stays on, but I don't remember downloading anything like that, and it isn't in the remove/change programs list. When I press the 'more info' button it, it just says it may be caused by malware.

I have realised that whatever is infecting my computer reboots it whenever mbam tries to open. when i try to open it myself nothing happens, but when it starts up on its own, the virus restarts my computer to stop it from getting rid of it. I tried uninstalling mbam, but now the computer restarts whenever I try to download it again. Now what?
