Virus won't allow MBAM to run

I realize there has been quite a few posts on this topic and i've reviewed them all. I've tried everything to my knowledge. Here's the problem...All of a sudden tonight, my computer started being attacked by all these viruses and trojans. The viruses have changed my desktop wallpaper, won't allow Malwarebytes to run, keeps popping up advertisements. I've tried re naming the file upon download but it didn't work. Please help. And thank you.
