Earlier in the scan it found 7 infected objects and nothing since in over an hour. I am soon to leave. Can I safely "abort scan" at this point and then go ahead and quarantine the infected objects so that I can get on with my life - or does MWB automatically quarantine objects as it finds them? I'm afraid if I abort scan it will lose those 7 items and I will have to start all over again. Any advice? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
sho-dan Posted December 23, 2009 ID:174525 Share Posted December 23, 2009 Hello Chenmei and Welcome to Malwarebytes.orgI have done this in the past and never had a problem.When using the Abort Scan option just follow the prompts to continue, also you can follow up with a Quick scan if you wish.Click the Abort Scan button and then click Yes.Are you sure you want to Abort the scan?Click OKThe scan was abortClick Show Results to show all found objects.
