MBAM on Vista - Blocked Startup

When MBAM cleans a file and says it has to reboot, Vista always blocks it from running on reboot. Clicking on the menu and doing "Run blocked program" will not clear the message. It will say it on every boot, until you actually remove it with a program like Autoruns. Is there any way around this?
