What are these in the ignore list?

Just purchased and installed the paid version of Malwarebyes AM. I was looking through the options and noticed that there were two entries in the ignore list:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center|Bad: (1) Good: (0)

It is entered twice.

Is this supposed to be here? Should I leave it or remove it?

That should be the registry entry to enable the Windows Security Center. If you don't want the Security Center pestering you with popup notifications, then leave that entry in the ignore list.
