Win32.Olmarik.RF virus

Yesterday I suddenly had things popping up all over - fake "windows" notifications about virus, attempt to download, etc along with notification to buy Spyware Remover Pro. I could not get Malwarebytes, Spybot, Ad-Aware, or anything else to run. I powered down and re-booted and hit Malwarebytes as soon as it came up - finally got rid of the worst pop-ups, but now I still have a browser hijacker and my computer is running really slow. ESET found Win32.Olmarik.Rf virus, but couldn't clean it. Malwarebytes isn't finding anything today. Thanks for any advice!
