Could you please assist in resolving this issue? We are a web hosting company. Thank you!

virtono Posted April 8 Author ID:1628528 Share Posted April 8 I'm reopening this issue as we've begun receiving feedback once more from our customers that Malwarebytes is blocking access to our Client Area and their websites. The domain in question is secure.5cloudhost.com, which resolves to the IP address 144.76.202.85.
Staff JPopovic Posted April 8 Staff ID:1628542 Share Posted April 8 It is not blocked for me. Please provide a log or a screenshot showing the block.
virtono Posted April 8 Author ID:1628547 Share Posted April 8 Here is what we have received from our customer: Quote There wasn't any message from this tool, just all my sites from your servers stopped to load in my browser. So I just made a try and turned Malwarebytes off. And then everything came back to normal, so this was a good "shot" :) Then I just added your IP to the "trusted zone". Could you investigate why the IP is blocked by default and why it's necessary for everyone to add it to the trusted zone?
