Visited suspicious website how to check computer

Happy 2024! Recently, I clicked on a malicious link (detailed description linked below) and I am worried about it installing malware on my computer. In addition to running Malwarebytes scans(nothing is detected), are there other recommended ways or resources for me to check my computer for malware myself? 

 

Note: I use macOS 14.2.1
