blue screen when i start up in safemode

for some reason i cant start up in safe mode. it says i need to check for viruses and run ckhdsk which i already have done. my internet is real slow and dosent always load the page. sometimes i have to click on the website 2 or three times to get it to load. ive posted below my logs from malwarebytes and hijackthis. if any other info is needed please let me know. any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you

also yesterday while on the internet my computer went to a blue screen and said memory dump. could all of this be related??
