I have AVG anti-virus, but it never found anything. Upon the recommendation of a friend I downloaded Malwarebytes, it ran fine and found 10 problems. I clicked on the button to remove them but it then froze. It shows that there are 10 things in quarintine but it wouldn't remove them. Please help!
