Malwarebytes will not install

[ok3609]

Have tried unsuccessful to install malware bytes and keep encountering internal error - failed to expand shell folder constant "userappdata". Followed advice about turning off virus protection and deleting User Shell Folder in registry.

Not sure what can be safely removed from this listing or even if the problem is listed.
