I've been trying to run a Minecraft server through playit.gg, but one of my users couldn't connect. While troubleshooting, we found that whitelisting by domain (181.ip.ply.gg) did not work, but by whitelisting the IP directly the user was able to connect.

A previous post referenced the root domain, playit.gg, being whitelisted, but the domain for addresses recently changed to ply.gg. Could it be added to the whitelist?

At this point, IP address is legitimately blocked due to malicious communicating files.
