digitalocean nyc3 blocked

The domain nyc3.digitaloceanspaces.com seems to be blocked for phishing/malware.

I saw an earlier thread that refused to unblock but this is shared hosting and blocking everyone seems like a bad idea.

It's shared hosting, not sure what to do about it when my website's resources aren't loading and some of my customers can't download anything.
