MBAM Pro scheduled scans and updates not working?

I've had the free version of Malwarebytes for several months and have been very impressed with it's cleaning ability for infections my AVG SBS version misses. Enough so that a few days ago I purchased the full Malwarebytes version. I enabled the scheduled scans and updates, and enabled the protection module. The real time protection module is working fine. However, the scheduled items don't appear to be working. According to the Update tab the database has not been updated since I upgraded and there are no logs to show that the scans are running. If I manually run the update or scan they run just fine. Did I miss a setting somewhere or is there something I need to check on my computer to be sure the schedules run automatically?
