I disconnected my computer from the internet and disabled the router until my ISP could be sent out. Fast forward to today, I open up my computer after the technicians replaced my modem, and Malwarebytes reports 6 Machine Learning detected infections. I've attached all of the relevant logs I could find and look forward to any advice you can share with me about this.
