Malwarebyte not eradicating my virus..

I have now run this program 3 times in safe mode. The first time there were over 200 problems. I quaranteed everything. This 3rd time there were 12 items. Same exact thing. every time. I try to boot into my real windows environment and the pesky box pops up Windows NT System shutting down in 60 seconds... I have run symantecs blaster program and it found nothing. These were all run in safe mode. I can't even start my machine in regulars windows xp. This is quite aggrevating. What do I do to get rid of this?

Why isn't this problem fixed the FIRST scan with your program? Will this program ever be able to rid computers of this virus? What a horrible thing to have to deal with...
