TeXLive Manager (tlmgr.bat)

On Windows 10, TexLive Manager (C:\texlive\2020\bin\win32\tlmgr.bat) is incorrectly identified as potential Ransomware. (Not too surprising as it downloads many small files in quick succession for installation of individual LaTeX packages.)

The strange thing is that I have the full path listed in my “Allow List,” yet Malwarebytes still puts it in Quarantine every once in a while (so something about the Allow List is not working the way I would expect). I have not been able to find a pattern for when this happens.
