How to re-instsal Malwarebytes onto my Android phone after change of number

Simple question really, but can't see how to do it.  I have Premium account with 3 devices, one my Android cell phone.  I had the number changed and factory re-set.  How do I get my Malwarebytes app back on there?  (Note:  I don't use Microsoft store, as you need Gmail to access that, and I have had my last 20 Gmail accounts hacked!!)
