Identify to Users Type of Threat Found and Action Taken

Currently our settings for the Endpoint Protect agent tell the end user that a threat was detected and that the Administrator has been notified.  How can set the agent to not only notify the end user when a threat is found bu also what the threat is, the kind of threat it is and what action was taken?  The hope is that by doing this we will reduce the calls to the service desk when they receive these messages.
