removing Malware 3 from start up bar on mac

I'd rather not have Malware 3 in the start up bar.  I've checked in login items under Users and Groups in preferences and it does not appear as a start up item -- yet it is loaded on start up.  Can you help please?

In order not to see the M of Malwarebytes for macOS on the Menu bar you have to open the Malwarebytes settings and select the box of the line I circled you in the screenshot. Unfortunately my screen is in Italian but the position is the same.
