website blocking when opening browsers

Good morning.

Since this morning as soon as I open a browser (Chrome, Explorer) i get a notification stating that Malwarebytes blocked a website because of trojan. I am not an expert and it is the first time this happens to me. Is it safe for me to keep using my Pc (an old Window 7 one)? I run scans and apparently no threats are detected. How can I solve the issue?

Here is the notification that appeared today when I opened explorer. Yesterday uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled Firefox. No notifications when I open Firefox.
