My Malwarebytes premium "switched" to Malwarebytes free?

I bought Malwarebytes Premium and appears it switched to Malwarebytes free version. The Real Time protection is off.  I run the "check for updates" every morning before going to work and every evening when I get off of work. I also run the recommended scan ( not the custom scan). I never leave my computer running when I am not using it.  I also suspect my wireless internet connection might be hacked/cracked. I avoid the usual sites that I have been told are havens for hackers/crackers. I have the License Key available if you need it. Please Help

Have you tried to work with Malwarebytes Support Tool ?

Try to check all boxes it asks. Select Advanced Options, click Gather Logs then attach the zip archive right here by clicking the Choose files option.

Next step is the cleaning of Malwarebytes product from your machine by clicking the Clean option..
