How can I cause an instant Component Update?

The instructions for updating to fix the current "issue" seem lacking. "Reboot, maybe several times" does not seem satisfactory. Interface needs a "stop what you are doing and do a component update" if anything like this even might ever happen again.

Maybe I'm missing the option and it already exists. If so, please point me to the instructions as they are not immediately obvious.

To force an update you can click the update button on the main dashboard. The most recent database update is 3803.

If you continue to have issues or experience new ones, please start a new thread and we'll happily look into that for you.
