Edit, is this in the wrong forum?

 

Can someone help me make this go away?  I had mystart on google chrome which i thought was a good extension, but apparently Malwarebytes doesn't, and as evidenced by the fact that i cannot remove traces of it even though i have tried a number of programs, perhaps it is malware -
