I tried to reinstall and it still asks me if I want to allow cleanup from the UAC. It started after I ran a scan and it found one entry for a change in the display. Here is what the log said:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\NoActiveDesktopChanges (Hijack.DisplayProperties) -> Bad: (1) Good: (0) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.I tried to rerun the driver install from nvidia thinking that maybe it was something from them since this is a completely new build and not something harmful. But the scan didn't detect it a second time. I'm running 7 ultimate 64bit.
