Cant sign in, restore quarantined items or run system restore after running malware bytes

I ran malewarebytes and it found a few things and quarantined them. After it rebooted and I got the message

"windows 10 we can't sign into your account"

windows 10 then creates a temp account we're all files and settings on my system drive are GONE. 

1- Upon trying a system restore malewarebytes blocks th system restore.  Despite Malwarebytes being completely disable and  there being no other antivirus software. 

2- I try to restore the quarantine items and only get the message "Restore operation cannot be performed until the pending reboot has been completed" 

Please help

This is concerning I have 6 business paying for malwarebytes to protect them. It just turned my running machine into a paper weight.

First thing I would like you to try is to start in safe mode and let me know if it starts in the normal account

 

Reboot your computer in Safe Mode.
