PriteshPatel Posted December 5, 2016 ID:1077206 Share Posted December 5, 2016 We have user clicked on the email that is attached with this email as PDF file but it popped up saying that Exploit blocked as we have anti-exploit subscription on that machine. We have disconnected her pc from internet as of now. Is it same for the user to reconnect it to internet and use her systems without any problem? Please advise ASAP. Staff Rsullinger Posted December 6, 2016 Staff ID:1077334 Share Posted December 6, 2016 Hello PriteshPatel, Do you mind getting the logs from these instructions: Also, just so I am clear, do you know if that PDF is safe or is it a random PDF? If so, I would not want anyone clicking on that PDF until we can find out if it is safe or not otherwise.
PriteshPatel Posted December 6, 2016 Author ID:1077338 Share Posted December 6, 2016 It was in email and there was a link that was causing it. This is print out of the email that i had scanned it and attached it. sorry i can't get the logs out since I was waiting for someone to respond it sooner as I had to restore the user's system to back to its good configuration in back dated. I hope you had responded me quicker. Thanks,
