Just Purchase - Wont activate

Hello

I just purchased the Anti-malware and anti-exploit licenses for my computers. Anti-malware activated and worked perfectly. I figured out that I needed to take out the - between the characters. Anti-exploit though will not activate. I've used all combinations of dashes - and no dashes. I keep getting an error that says "The license ID or key are not correct". 

 

Note:

Just purchased it yesterday, and this is the first computer I am installing it on. I purchased 10 copies, and I got the same key for all 10 copies.
