Quarantined files marked for deletion, need to revert back before I reboot on Server 2008 - HELP

Ran an 11 hour scan on a server I suspected was infected. It found files that looked to be infected but turns out they are .dll files related to a program our firm uses on a regular basis. They are marked for deletion upon next reboot. I try to restore the files from quarantine but MB says it cannot restore files marked for deletion.... What to do? Thanks!

I would like to take a look at the logs to see what files were removed and what we can do to get those restored for you. Can you send me an PM with your e-mail address so I can create a support ticket on our side for this? If this is a FP, I want to collect information for our team so we can get this fixed as well.
