MBAM crashes

When running MBAM 2.0.4.1028 using definitions 2014.12.23.04 and 05 the scan runs up to file system objects and then crashes during the file system object scan.  I tried running in safe mode and received the same result.  the error message state a problem has cause the program to stop working, so no info there.  i have attached log files
