Backdoor Malware

Hi ,

 

Malwarebytes keeps on blocking a site 1e9off.com  and i read that this is usually caused by a backdoor trojan so how can i remove this or is it really a trojan and also my computer keeps on restarting with the blue screen and i think these 2 issues might be related
