Is this another false positive?

I completed a scan this morning and Spyware.Password was quarantined.  Is this a genuine threat or a false positive?

What action do I need to take? 

I enclose the scan log.

My computer is now crashing if I leave it unattended for a long period. The on off light stays winking.  Pressing the windows button or the on off switch briefly does not revive it and I have to reboot.  This may or may not be related to the suspect file.

If you want to see the actual suspect file please would you explain how I can safely retrieve it from quarantine and send it as a Zip file.
