There is a program I know is malware I can't uninstall

After recent virus scanning using AVG and Malwarebytes I discovered a few viruses (one being a trojan horse according to AVG) related to a program call Yontoo, which after a quick google search I have found to be malware. The problem is when I try to uninstall or change the program in the start menu, a screen titled "Tarma installer" pops up saying, "Setup installation error". After some research I found out that tarma is a P.U.P. Because of this I have not been able to uninstall the malware, so I was wondering if anyone knows what to do about this. (Note: I can uninstall other programs with ease)
