PC Stops working if exe Files should be Deleted CCleaner

Hallo,

I came from here: http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=40024 they told me to post my problem here...

 

I hope someone could help me.

 

My Problem is the following:

I´ve a PC with keeps CCleaner downloaded from the official Website, and the newest version of Bitdefender,

CCleaner should delete Temp/Bin but some exe files aren´t deleted, when CCleaner starts to Delete these files,

It´s like my ssystem freezes, I can´t start new Programms (Taskmanager either), i cant close Existing Programms (cant kill tasks, too).

And pressing the Power button is ignoring too, the only way is holding the Power button since the pc is down.

 

But when i take this file and Scan is with:

- Kaspersy 2013

- Kaspersky 2014

- Bitdefender InternetSecurity 2013

- Bitdefender InternetSecurity 2014

 

there were no results?

 

my resolution was deleting the file with TuneUp Shredder and work on since some days/weeks/month later the next file appears.

 

At atachment the file i captured today from my temp folder hope someone could tell me more...

 

I´m having this at Win7 and Win8.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

• Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
• Press Scan button.
• It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
• The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.
