snap.do

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I am trying to get rid of snap.do and have difficulties in doing so. So far I have tried to do the following and nothing has helped:

  • uninstalling the snap.do program from my control panel
  • deleting my internet history and cookies from my browsers (internet explorer, chrome, and Firefox)
  • disabling any suspicious add-ons
  • deleting all my downloads from my "downloads" folder
  • uninstalling and reinstalling my browsers and reinstalling
  • scanning my computer multiple times with avg, spybot, and malware

Please help! =)

:welcome: I am TheDarkKnight and will be assisting you. Please ask questions if anything is unclear. :)

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your Desktop.

  • Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click on Search.
  • A logfile will automatically open after the scan has finished.
  • Please post the content of that logfile in your reply.
  • You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[R1].txt as well.
