Malwares PRO

I've been having issues with my pc for the last month because of a few prog a buddy of mine downloaded. To say that it's messed up is being kind. I'm thinking of doing a reinstall and I'm wondering; since HE lost my Mal-PRO disc; how can I get it loaded back on after the reinstall? I still have the purchase order form for the payment in my email. What next?
