    Thank you. Also I noticed I can get the Scan/Quick Scan to work and finish if I Uncheck 'Scan additional items against heuristics' under Scanner > Scanner Settings tab.

    Hi, Malwarebytes runs for approximately an hour and 45 minutes then disappears from the screen with out completing the scan. It seems no log is generated. This issue started about a month ago, previously Malwarebytes would log and complete fine. I'm running Mcafee Virus Scan Enterprise and Mcafee Host Intrusion Prevention. Malwarebytes: 1.51.1.1800 version: 7606 OS: WinXP sp 3 Thanks, Tom
