Yup, I'm a newbie. Never been on, or posted on any forums before. I have read a lot and was able to get info until now. SO! maybe someone can assist me. I ran Malwarebytes and found 3 items infecting my laptop, removed them successfully and moved on with my life. A few days later realized that I wasn't getting pics on my email (outlook). Found the problem was with I.E. (I currently use FireFox). More research and found that it was a virus. Scanned with Malware and up pops the same 3 items. I am constantly finding and deleting these 3 items. I have found forums talking about each one individually but I believe they are in a gang and want to ruin me. I want to get rid of these pests for good. Again.. I have good comprehension and know how to follow directions, but I am a newbie to dealing with this type of issue.
